Stefano has acquired a wide variety of skills due to his past experiences. He graduated with the others from hotel management & culinary college, Safﬁ di Firenze, and from a young age started working at a “Slow-Food” restaurant which taught him the importance and respect of seasonal and local ingredients.
He then got his Master’s degree in Business Economics and moved to London to work in restaurants in order to gain a dynamic and international perspective in the culinary world.
At Touch Bistrò Toscano he strategically manages the economic aspects of the restaurant, coordinates the social media communications, and works beside Max in taking care of the service.
As years went on, he became more passionate about the wine. In the year 2016, he received the acknowledgement of becoming a Sommelier AIS, one of the most recognized Italian sommelier associations.
